SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

   (A)   The maximum speeds on the streets below are as indicated:

   (B)   Fine for violation of this schedule shall be determined by the county’s District Court.

SCHEDULE II. ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.

   On all streets, roads, lanes, drives, alleyways, and the like within the city limits it shall be permissible to operate an all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
