(A) Any person receiving a citation for any parking violation in the city except § 72.13 shall be deemed to have committed a violation, and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $20, nor more than $100.
(B) The minimum fine for violation of § 72.13 shall be $l if deposited with the City Clerk/Treasurer within 24 hours after a citation is issued. If the fine is not paid within 24 hours, the citation shall be enforced in District Court, and a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $20, plus the costs of prosecution, shall be imposed.
