6-6-2: LICENSE REQUIRED FOR DISCHARGE:
It shall be unlawful to discharge or set off any squib, rocket, cracker, torpedo, grenade, gun, revolver, pistol, cap or cartridge, or other combustible firecrackers or fireworks of any kind, without first obtaining a permit therefor as is provided herein.
