6-5A-30: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
   A.   Public Property: Except as specifically provided in other sections of this Code, consumption or possession of any alcoholic liquors, at any time in any public park, street, alley or public place owned, controlled or operated by the City is prohibited.
   B.   Businesses Open To The Public: The consumption or possession of any alcoholic liquors by a person, at any time in an establishment or business that is open to the public is prohibited unless said business holds a valid liquor license in accordance with title 4, chapter 2 of this Code.
   C.   Any person, corporation, firm, or partnership found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined according to the Fines and Penalties found in Title 15, Chapter 1: Fines and Penalties, and be responsible for the City's cost of prosecution, including reasonable attorney fees. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
