6-4-5: VACCINATION REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for the owner or person in possession of any dog to keep or maintain such dog unless it shall have been vaccinated by a licensed veterinary surgeon with antirabies vaccine, within one year preceding the date on which such dog is kept, maintained or allowed to run at large.
