Subscribers to the network will be invoiced by the City quarterly for monitoring services. Annually, the cost for the renewal registration fee will be invoiced. All annual monitoring and registration fees shall be paid prior to the start of the new annual renewal period. All fees shall be paid to the City. A late payment penalty of ten percent (10%) will be applied to all invoices that are delinquent.
