This chapter shall be enforced by the Health Department in accordance with the interpretations thereof contained in the most current edition of the U.S. Public Health Service Food Service Sanitation Manual, a copy of which shall be on file at the McHenry County Health Department; provided, however, that should any provision, item or part thereof fail to meet the minimum requirements of State law, the requirements of said State law shall apply only to that provision, item or part.
