5-6-5: CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION OF RESTAURANTS:
All restaurants which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed or extensively altered, shall conform to the requirements of this chapter for Grade A restaurants. Properly prepared plans for all restaurants which are hereafter constructed, reconstructed or extensively altered, shall be submitted to the Health Department for approval before work is begun.
