5-3-6: SANITATION OF PREMISES:
Premises used for the sale or storage of food intended for human consumption must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It shall be unlawful to permit any accumulation of refuse, or waste of any kind thereon, for more than twenty four (24) hours; and it shall be unlawful to permit any decaying animal or plant matter or waste to remain on any such premises at all.
