A. Injunction: If such owner fails after ten (10) days notice to correct the violation, the City may make application to the Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois for an injunction requiring conformance with this title, or make such other order as the Court deems necessary to secure compliance with this title.
B. Fine: Any person who violates this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) or more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense.
C. Separate Offense: A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
D. Record Notice: The City shall record a notice of violation on the title to the property.

E. Other Action: Nothing herein shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action to prevent or remedy any violations. All costs connected therewith shall accrue to the person or persons responsible.
