5-3-1: DEFINITIONS:
The following words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the following meanings unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
FOOD: Shall be construed to include beverages.
FOOD DEALER: Shall be construed to mean and include every person engaged in the business of selling food at retail for human consumption, either on or off the premises where sold.
