A. This title is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions. Where this title and other ordinance, easements, covenants or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
B. This title is intended to repeal the original ordinance or resolution which was adopted to meet the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, but is not intended to repeal the resolution which the City passed in order to establish initial eligibility for the program.
