A. Residential: Refuse accumulated by residences shall be collected at least once each week.
B. Commercial: Such businesses or institutions that cater to the public shall provide suitable garbage collection service to maintain the premises in a clean, sanitary condition, and the frequency of collection requirements shall be in accordance with the volume of garbage and refuse accumulated and as shall be required by the Health Department.
