A. For the purpose of this title, certain numbers, abbreviations, terms and words shall be used, interpreted, and defined as herein set forth, except when the context clearly indicates otherwise.
B. Words used in the present tense shall include the future tense, and words used in the singular shall include the plural, and the plural the singular.
C. The word “shall” is mandatory, and not discretionary.
D. The word “may” is permissive.
