The subdivider or developer shall comply with the general principles of design and minimum requirements set forth in all codes, ordinances, regulations and written administrative policies and orders of the City, as amended from time to time, establishing standards and specifications for construction, including, without limitation, construction of public improvements as part of a subdivision or development.
