This chapter shall not apply to anyone who is engaged in the business of landscaping, lawn and ground maintenance, tree trimming, lawn mowing, bush and tree trimming, construction or trucking who remove, haul and dispose of brush, tree branches and trunks, grass clippings, landscape wastes, building debris, construction debris or junk.
