11-1-5: VIOLATION, PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Enforcement: The Zoning Administrator is hereby designated and authorized to enforce this title.
   B.   Violation; Penalty: Any party that violates any provision of this title shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
