10-21-15: INSPECTIONS:
The Director of the Community Development Department shall make inspections, or shall cause them to be made, and shall either approve that portion of the work completed or shall notify the permittee wherein the work fails to comply with the site development or erosion and sedimentation control plan as approved. Plans for grading, stripping, excavating and filling work bearing the signature of the Director of the Community Development Department shall be maintained at the site during progress of the work. The permittee shall give notice and request inspection at the completion of each of the work stages in the plan, including: installation of sediment and runoff control measures prior to other earth disturbance or grading; after stripping and clearing: after rough grading; after final grading; after seeding and landscaping; after final stabilization and landscaping; prior to removal of sediment controls.
