4-10-22: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
It shall be the duty of the Police Chief or the Chief’s designee to report to the City any failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter on the part of any such licensee, and the City shall commence administrative hearing procedures to revoke the license of such persons or businesses.
