10-19-2: PERMITTED IN ALL ZONING DISTRICTS:

WECS shall be considered a permitted use in all zoning districts within the City and shall comply with the terms and provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City applicable to the subject property and with the terms and provisions of this chapter, whichever are the more stringent.
