10-16-1: APPLICABILITY:
All residential teardown sites and infill parcels that meet one of the conditions below are exempt from sections 10-16-4 through 10-16-8 of this chapter:
   A.   The proposed development falls within twenty five percent (25%) lot coverage of the adjoining homes.
   B.   A lot of record with recorded architectural guidelines written in an annexation agreement that is still active.
