A. Pawnbroker, Secondhand Dealer: Every license granted to any pawnbroker or secondhand dealer under the provisions of this chapter shall designate the place in which the person receiving the license shall be authorized to carry on such business. Such business shall not be carried on or conducted in any other place than designated by the license.
B. Junk/Scrap Collection Vehicle: Every license granted to any owner of a junk/scrap collection vehicle under the provisions of this chapter shall designate the business location and phone number the vehicle operates from, or if none, the street address and phone number of the licensee’s residence.
