That a document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk, being marked and designated as the Illinois State Plumbing Code, current edition and amendments thereto, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as and for the minimum code of standards of the City for plumbing and the fixtures, materials, design and installation methods of plumbing systems.
