A. USPO Numbering System: All houses, buildings and structures in the City shall be numbered in accordance with the United States Postal Department recommended numbering system.
B. Occupancy Permit Requires Numbering: No occupancy permit shall be issued in connection with any building permit until and unless the numbering requirements of this section are satisfied.

C. Duty To Place And Maintain: It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every house, building and structure in the City to have placed and maintained thereon, in a place clearly visible at all times from the street, figures no less than four inches (4") in height showing the number of the house, building or structure.

D. Numbering Chart And Plan: The authorized numbering chart and plan shall be kept on file in the Office of the Community Development Department.
