10-1-17: PORTABLE TOILETS ON JOB SITES:
In the absence of permanent toilet facilities on the job site premises, an operable portable toilet shall be installed on the job site from the time that construction or remodeling begins until it is completed. In case of unusual circumstances, this requirement may be waived by the Community Development Department.
