A. Industrial: Any industrial building or structure erected shall be constructed of brick, cement or metal.
B. Commercial: Any commercial building or structure erected shall be constructed of brick, cement or metal or shall have a minimum of two (2) hour fire rated walls. Abutting walls shall be constructed of brick, cement or other material authorized by the Community Development Department.
C. Multi-Family Dwellings: The fire walls of all multi-family dwelling structures shall be constructed of brick, masonry or stone.
