10-1-10: MINIMUM FLOOR SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
No building permit for new residential construction shall be granted unless the floor area of the proposed residential construction shall equal or exceed the amount of the square footage hereinafter indicated opposite the residential use for which the permit is being sought:
   MINIMUM SQUARE FEET OF HABITABLE LIVING SPACE
