Effective November 1, 2020, the water and sewer capital development fee for residential and non-residential buildings shall be as indicated in the following tables. These fees shall be subject to annual Council review and may adjusted by Council at any time.

C. Separate Charge For Meter Size Increase: A separate charge shall also be assessed to each user for connection to either the water or sewerage system, or to both, whenever such user increases the size of its water meter (whether to City water or otherwise); such separate charge shall be calculated by deducting the amount of the charge specified in subsection B of this section for the then existing water meter size from the amount of the charge specified in subsection B of this section for the diameter to which the water meter is to be increased.
D. Fire Suppression Not Charged: Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to assess a capital development fee for fire suppression systems.
