9-4D-5: OCCUPANCY PERMIT:
No occupancy permit will be issued for any premises until and unless the owner thereof has filed with the Community Development Department a written statement from the appropriate McHenry County authorities that the private disposal system servicing said premises complies fully with all McHenry County ordinances, rules and regulations.
