8-4-3: TRANSIENT MERCHANT LICENSES:
A total of ten (10) transient merchant licenses are permitted on the McHenry Riverwalk annually. Each transient merchant shall be granted a license to peddle their wares at one specific location on the Riverwalk. See also title 4, chapter 13, “Solicitors, Peddlers And Transient Merchants”, of this Code.
