8-4-2: SKATEBOARD, ROLLER BLADES, IN-LINE SKATES, BICYCLES PROHIBITED; EXEMPTIONS:
The use of skateboards, roller blades, in-line skates, scooters, pedacycles (motorized or nonmotorized) and bicycles is prohibited on the McHenry Riverwalk. However, motorized or nonmotorized scooters, pedacycles, ambulatory chairs or power chairs, utilized by the infirm, elderly or disabled, requiring them for ambulation, are hereby exempt from this section.
