No tree species other than the small tree, medium tree and large tree species listed in the Subdivision Control and Development Ordinance Technical Specifications Manual and Standard Details T1 Street and Right-of-Way Improvements Section I Parkway Trees, which is on file in the City office, may be planted as street trees/parkway trees, unless permission to do so has been previously given by the City.
