B. Sports Facilities; Scheduled Recreation: Parks with sports facilities and other scheduled recreation and special event activities shall be open until ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. when lights are turned on. Special event activities may extend beyond the ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. closing as approved by the City Council.
