It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the standing or parking of a motor vehicle in the following designated loading zone areas, unless such motor vehicle is a delivery vehicle which is servicing an adjoining business:
The east side of Main Street in front of 3931 Main Street.
The east side of the Riverside Drive Municipal parking lot (section 7-12-6 of this title, appendix A-6) between Pearl Street and a point which is fourteen feet (14') south of 1309 Riverside Drive (except the area located at the rear of 1315 Riverside Drive).
