7-4-21: FOUR HOUR PARKING SIX O’CLOCK A.M. TO SIX O’CLOCK P.M.:

Provided that parking is allowed at said location and in compliance with the City’s Parking Ordinances, it shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to legally park such vehicle for a period of time longer than four (4) consecutive hours between the hours of six o’clock (6:00) A.M. and six o’clock (6:00) P.M. at any of the following locations:

City leased parking lot located on Pearl Street, Parcel no. 09-26-408-034 (when said lease is active).

City leased parking spaces at 1209 N. Green Street (when said lease is active). See section 7-12-1 of this title, appendix A-1.

Court Street from Venice Avenue to Pearl Street.

Court Street Municipal parking lot. See section 7-12-3 of this title, appendix A-3.

Court Street Municipal parking lot #2. See section 7-12-3 of this title, appendix A-3.

Court Street Municipal parking lot #3. See section 7-12-3 of this title, appendix A-3.

Court Street west side from Pearl Street to Broad Street.

Elm Street from Front Street to the west bank of Boone Creek.

Elm Street from Riverside Drive to Court Street.

Front Street west side, north to the entrance of Walgreens and south to John Street.

Green Street from Waukegan Road to Pearl Street.

Main Street from the Crystal Lake Road to one hundred fifty feet (150') east of Front Street.

Waukegan Road from a point on the north side thereof one hundred feet (100') east of its intersection with Front Street, thence easterly to Third Street.

Waukegan Road on the south side thereof from a point one hundred seventy five feet (175') east of its intersection with Front Street, thence easterly to Third Street.

Exceptions: All handicapped spaces, fifteen (15) minute parking spaces and permit parking are exempt from the four (4) hour parking restrictions, as defined in section 7-4-7, subsection 7-4-18A, and sections 7-4-24 and 7-4-25 of this chapter.
