It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to park such vehicle between the hours of ten o’clock (10:00) P.M. and four o’clock (4:00) A.M. in any of the following locations:
Broad Street | On the south side, adjacent to Veteran’s Memorial Park, from Court Street to Park Street |
Court Street | On the east side, adjacent to Veteran’s Memorial Park, from Pearl Street to Broad Street |
