To meet the needs of those downtown businesses with late operating hours, parking hours in the Downtown Business District, only in locations specified, shall be three o’clock (3:00) A.M. to six o’clock (6:00) A.M. on Saturday and Sunday mornings and those specific holidays tied to extended liquor license hours, which are the mornings of Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day (observed), New Year’s Day and Independence Day in any of the following locations:
Court Street Municipal parking lot.
Green Street between Waukegan Road and Pearl Street.
Main Street between Front Street and the railroad tracks.
Main Street Municipal parking lot.
Pearl Street between Green Street and the Pearl Street Bridge.
Riverside Drive between Miller Riverfront Park and Broad Street.
Riverside Drive Municipal parking lot.
Waukegan Road east between Green Street and the end of the property located at 1110 N. Green Street.
This section shall not supersede section 7-4-2, “Parking Limited During Snow Removal”, of this chapter when it is in effect.
