The MCHO shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
A. Knowledge of McHenry County land use patterns and trends.
B. Advanced knowledge of land use, planning, zoning, legal and policy related issues as they relate to zoning variations.
C. Extensive knowledge of state statute and adopted county ordinances relating to zoning variations and hearing procedures.
D. Ability to conduct public meetings fairly, in an orderly, thorough and timely manner in accordance with the all applicable public laws.
