§ 2.30.010 ESTABLISHMENT AND CONTINUATION OF MCHENRY COUNTY HEARING OFFICER.
   The McHenry County Hearing Officer heretofore established is hereby continued and shall be referred to as the “McHenry County Hearing Officer”, “Hearing Officer”, or “MCHO”.
