§ 2.29.060 OFFICERS.

1. The ZBA chairman shall be appointed by the county board chairman with the advice and consent of the county board. The chairman shall be appointed for a term of two (2) years with no limitation on successive terms.

2. The ZBA chairman shall meet the following qualifications:

a. Be a duly appointed member of the ZBA.

b. Have an above average understanding of zoning law, due process, rules of evidence, and public meeting procedures.

B. VICE CHAIRMAN. The vice chairman shall be selected by members of the ZBA from within the membership and shall service for a term of one (1) year with no limitation on successive terms.
