§ 2.29.050 QUALIFICATIONS.
   Each member and alternate member of the ZBA shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
   A.   Reside within a different township of McHenry County than any other member.
   B.   Have a general understanding of the United States system of government.
   C.   Have a general understanding of zoning and land use.
