§ 2.29.010 ESTABLISHMENT AND CONTINUATION OF BOARD.
   The McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals heretofore established is hereby continued and shall be referred to as the “McHenry County Zoning Board of Appeals”, “Zoning Board of Appeals”, or “ZBA”.
