§ 1.01.040 PUBLISHING.

The Code of Ordinances shall be deemed published as of the day of this enacting ordinance's adoption and approval by the McHenry County Board and the Clerk of McHenry County is hereby authorized and ordered to file a copy of such Code of Ordinances in the Office of the Clerk.
