A. Any person violating any provision of the code promulgated hereunder shall be guilty of a petty offense and a fine of $100 for the first offense; and a second or subsequent violation shall be guilty of a petty offense with a fine of not less than $200 or more than $1,000.
B. Each day a violation exists constitutes a separate offense.
