A, Aggregate base course to a compacted thickness of ten (10) inches and a width of nineteen (19) feet.
B. Bituminous surface course to a compacted thickness of two and one-half (2 1/2) inches and a width of eighteen (18) feet.
C. Total roadway width of twenty-two (22) feet. (Eighteen (18) foot wide pavement with two (2) foot wide shoulders along each edge.)
D. Adequate provisions for roadway drainage.
E. Unobstructed clear-zone meeting the requirements of the Illinois Department of Transportation Bureau of Local Roads and Streets Administrative Policies Manual. (Note: this clear-zone is typically ten (10) feet from the edge of pavement.)
