A. The roadway must serve at least three adjacent residences or provide a link between an existing publicly maintained roadway and the road serving the residences.
B. Minimum dedicated right-of-way of forty (40) feet or greater (as may be necessary for drainage and clear zone requirements.) In those circumstances where right-of-way dedication does not currently exist, said dedication does not have to be accomplished prior to applying for the program, but must be finalized prior to roadway surfacing by the County (see procedure below.)
