A. The McHenry County Access Control and Right-of-Way Management Ordinance Permit Fee Schedule is hereby adopted and shall take effect on January 1, 2009.
B. The said Permit Fee Schedule may be subjected to an annual increase enacted at the first County Board meeting of each subsequent year, as amended by the County Board.
C. The County Clerk is hereby directed to distribute a certified copy of this resolution to the County Administrator, the Associate County Administrator-Finance, and the Director of Transportation/County Engineer.
