§ 10.12.400 DEVELOPMENT REQUIRED UTILITY/FACILITY CONFLICT SHEETS.
   A.   Any development requiring a Major Access Permit under the requirements of this Ordinance shall also be required to develop a Utility/Facility Conflict Sheet. This sheet shall show the following information for areas within the County Highway right-of-way:
      1.   Existing pavement and shoulders, both paved and aggregate
      2.   Proposed pavement widening and shoulders
      3.   Existing and proposed storm drain structures and ditch fines
      4.   Any utilities or facilities that are being proposed by the developer or required by the local authority to service the development shall be clearly labeled as to the type.
   B.   All existing utilities or facilities that are present within the right-of-way including under existing or proposed pavement, shoulder and curbed sections of roadway along the entire frontage of the development.
COMMENTARY: The purpose of this submittal is to identify, prior to permit approval and construction of the access and improvements to the County Highway, any possible utility or facility conflicts that may exist and that may require relocation or removal.
   C.   The Permit Procedures and Requirements Manual provides additional guidance on the preparation of the utility conflict sheet.
