Failure to comply with any of the provisions and requirements of this Ordinance shall constitute a violation, and any person convicted of the ordinance violation shall be fined not less than $200.00 and not more than $1,000.00 for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Proceedings may be commenced by notice to appear, summons, warrant or arrest.
