The County Board of McHenry County hereby authorizes the prosecution of either the owner or the driver of any vehicle operated in violation of this Ordinance in the manner provided by § 5/15-112 of the Illinois Vehicle Code and penalties may be assessed as provided in § 5/15-113 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. Penalties for disobeying a posted road as set forth in § 5/15-316 of the Illinois Vehicle Code shall be assessed as provided for in § 5/15-316(d) of the Illinois Vehicle Code.
